This project was carried out by PCB International’s predecessor firm, Young Bamu Jennings (Pvt) Ltd.
The project comprised design and construction of a 4-story residential apartment complex comprising one hundred and twenty studio flats as well as single-bedroom units for the Mining Industry Pension Fund. The facility commenced operation in 1988. Young Bamu Jennings (Pvt) Ltd. carried out all civil and structural design work.
