This $7m project involved alterations and renovations to a 6-story 1891 office building, which was converted and renovated to provide nearly 5,600 m2 (60,000 ft2) of multi-family residential space. Work included removal of a row of columns at 1st floor level to provide parking space as well as lowering the elevated portion of the 2nd floor structure (2nd-3rd mezzanine) to match 2nd floor. PCBi carried out all the structural design work.
