Government Composite Office Complex, Harare, Zimbabwe
This project was carried out by PCB International’s predecessor firm, Young Bamu Jennings (Pvt) Ltd.
The project comprised the following:
- Level 1 : parking
- Levels 2-7 : Offices (19,000 m2 / 205,000 ft2)
- Core and service areas : (4,700 m2)
- Type of Structure : cast-in-place reinforced concrete
Young Bamu Jennings (Pvt) Ltd, with Philip Bamu as Managing Directoe, were the civil and structural design engineers for the project.
