This project was carried out by PCB International’s predecessor firm, Young Bamu Jennings (Pvt) Ltd.
The project comprised the following:
- 4 Levels Underground Parking Garage (4 x 2,500 m2 / 4 x 27,000 ft2)
- Levels 1 & 2 : Shops, Restaurants, Banks (5,500 m2 / 60,000 ft2)
- Levels 3 to 16 : Offices (24,000 m2 / 260,000 ft2)
- Type of Structure : cast-in-place reinforced concrete
Young Bamu Jennings (Pvt) Ltd, with Philip Bamu as Managing Director, were the civil and structural design engineers for the project.
