The project comprised the construction of a 3-story reinforced concrete Marine Security Guard Quarters on a virgin site. The project is located in seismic zone 3 and seismic detailing of structural and non-structural components was an important consideration. PCB International’s responsibility included preparation of rebar and formwork shop details as well as seismic bracing of MEP and ceiling grid installation.
