Zimbabwe Reinsurance Corporation (ZIMRE) Office Building
This project was carried out by PCB International’s predecessor firm, Young Bamu Jennings (Pvt) Ltd.
This seven-story project consisted of 1,100 m2 (12,000 ft2) of shopping space at ground level and 4,400 m2 (47,000 ft2) of offices above. The structure is a cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame on cast-in-place concrete drilled piles. YBJ’s involvement comprised design and preparation of all structural drawings including reinforced concrete shop drawings, construction observation and construction administration services.
